OFFICIAL RULES of the "Play and Win" Campaign by AGIVA Ltd.
Part 1. ORGANIZER OF THE CAMPAIGN
The "Play and Win" Campaign is organized by AGIVA Ltd. with registered address: Aksakovo, Varnenski Road, Plot 039004, hereinafter referred to as the ORGANIZER of the Campaign.
Part 2. OFFICIAL RULES
2.1. Participants in the Campaign are obliged to comply with the conditions and provisions of the rules described below, called the Official Rules of the Campaign.
2.2. The Official Rules will be published on the SUN LIKE Facebook page and at www.sunlike.bg for the entire duration of the Campaign.
2.3. The Organizer of the Campaign reserves the right to amend or supplement the official rules of the Campaign, with the changes taking effect after their prior publication on the Facebook page and official website of SUN LIKE – www.sunlike.bg.
2.4. By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to the above-mentioned Official Rules and agree to comply with the conditions and deadlines of the Campaign.
Part 3. TERRITORY OF CONDUCTING THE NATIONAL CONSUMER CAMPAIGN
The "Play and Win" Campaign is organized and conducted in selected commercial premises within the country, designated by advertising materials at the point of sale. Part 4. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE All individuals residing within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria who make purchases in selected commercial premises can participate in the Campaign. The list of premises is published at: www.sunlike.bg.
Part 5. CAMPAIGN DURATION

Part 7. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZES
7.1. The prizes to be distributed during the Campaign are:
- Electronic voucher for a family weekend at Festa Via Pontica Hotel, Pomorie, worth BGN 500 including VAT – 5 pcs.
- Waterproof swimsuit bag – 2,000 pcs.
- Beach frisbee - 1,000 pcs.
7.3. Reservation at Festa Via Pontica Hotel should be made by calling 0700 144 22 – Festa hotels contact center. The voucher is valid until September 30, 2024. The voucher can be used once, and its value cannot be refunded. In case the user exceeds the voucher amount, the difference should be paid on-site at the hotel. If the amount used does not exceed the value of the voucher, the remaining amount cannot be refunded or used at a later stage.
Part 8. PARTICIPATION MECHANISM IN THE CAMPAIGN
8.1. Participants wishing to participate in the Campaign should purchase 2 units of SUN LIKE branded products. The price of the participating products in the Campaign is determined by the respective retail store. 8.2. To register, each participant must visit https://igra.sunlike.bg/ and enter the following information in the mandatory fields:
- Photo of the receipt/invoice
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Delivery address
- ZIP code
- I consent to the processing of my personal data provided by me in connection with the "Play and Win" Campaign.
- I am familiar with the general participation rules.
- I am familiar with the Privacy Policy. 8.3. Only one registration can be made with one receipt/invoice, and participation is limited to once, regardless of the maximum value of the purchased SUN LIKE products. 8.4. Each participant can participate in the game an unlimited number of times, registering a new receipt/invoice for each participation.
Part 9. PROCEDURE FOR VALIDATION AND RECEIVING THE PRIZES
9.1. After the Campaign period expires, the Organizer conducts a raffle using specialized software to determine the winning participants. If the registration is valid, the software confirms the winning participant and sends them an automatic email with information about the prize won. The list of winning participants, containing two names and the last four digits of the phone number, is published on the SUN LIKE website www.sunlike.bg by July 7, 2024, and will be present there for a period of up to 30 (thirty) days.
9.2. Participants who win prizes will be informed via an automatic email from the software product, which will provide them with additional information about the prize.
9.3. In case the Organizer cannot contact the winning participants at the provided phone numbers, these participants are automatically replaced by reserve winning participants through the software. 9.5. The prizes are sent to the address provided by the participant during registration on the website.
Part 10. LIABILITY
10.1. The Organizer shall not be held liable to the participants, including for the provision of prizes, in cases where no cash receipt/invoice is provided or if it is provided illegibly or tampered with. 10.2. The Organizer shall not be liable in cases where participants are hindered from receiving their prizes due to incomplete and/or inaccurate data provided. All claims for prizes, submitted after the expiration of 30 / thirty / calendar days from the date of the Protocol for drawing winning participants, shall be deemed invalid and will not be considered by the Organizer.
Part 11. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
11.1. The organization and conduct of the Campaign involve the processing of personal data.
11.2. Each participant, by registering on the SUN LIKE website, gives their consent for the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Policy, available at the address: https://igra.sunlike.bg/
11.3. The Executor has its own Personal Data Protection Policy, which each Participant can familiarize themselves with at the address: https://igra.sunlike.bg/.
11.4. After the prizes have been provided, the personal data of the participants are stored for a period of 60 / sixty / days, counted from the date on which the protocol with the winning participants is announced, after which they are destroyed. Only designated employees of the Organizer and the Executor, who are directly involved in the Campaign, have access to the personal data.
Part 12. ABSENCE OF CASH EQUIVALENT
Exchange of the prize for cash and other benefits is not allowed.
Part 13. TERMINATION OF THE CAMPAIGN
The Organizer has an irrevocable right to terminate the Campaign at any time in case of abuses, rule violations, or force majeure circumstances.
Part 14. JUDICIAL DISPUTES
Any potential judicial dispute between the Organizer of the promotion and participants therein is resolved through mutual agreement; in case of impossibility to reach such, the dispute is settled by the competent courts in the Republic of Bulgaria.
Part 15. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
15.1. Participants in the Campaign, by participating, accept and undertake to comply with these Official Rules, available on the www.sunlike.bg website for the duration of its validity.
15.2. These rules are mandatory for participants in the Campaign. The Organizer reserves the unilateral right to supplement and/or amend the Rules in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation, which enter into force upon publication on the www.sunlike.bg website.
